• Washington DC fire Department, Washington DC. Building evaluation, design/build of 12 fire houses, including main fire truck maintenance facility.
• Northstar Rail maintenance Facility, Minneapolis, MN. Design of 70,000 SF Train maintenance and train washing facility. Achieved 50% energy saving over ASHRAE 90.1 2004.
• Central Corridor Light rail Maintenance Facility, St-Paul, MN. Design of 180,000 SF Train maintenance and train washing facility. Achieved 40% energy saving over ASHRAE 90.1 2004.
• Riyad Metro, Saudi Arabia. Design of six depots maintenance stations for light totaling over 2 million SF.
